In order to support its growth in NAM region, ATEME is recruiting a Senior Project Manager.
Mission:
In this role, you will play a key part in leading customer deployment projects across the NAM region, ensuring successful delivery, system integration, and operational handover of ATEME’s cutting-edge video delivery solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, manage risks, and support mission-critical streaming environments.
Main responsibilities:
Establish and monitor project schedules with customers, including tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
Manage internal and external resources for installation, acceptance testing, and project launch activities
Run regular steering meetings and provide internal and external project progress reports
Coordinate with ecosystem partners to resolve interoperability issues
Write or contribute to Statements of Work (SoW), Acceptance Tests, and technical documentation
Conduct or coordinate Acceptance Tests with customers
Conduct or coordinate training sessions with customer teams
Track questions, issues, and action items raised throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure projects adhere to quality, performance, and reliability standards
Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Support & Deployment Engineers, and Product teams
Support multiple concurrent projects in dynamic and mission-critical environments
Travel internationally as required for customer and project needs
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Recognized Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent) and/or significant experience delivering complex technical deployment or integration projects
Proven experience managing international customer projects within broadcast, media delivery, streaming, SaaS, cloud, telecom, or video technology environments
Strong understanding of video compression and distribution architectures, including DTH, DTT, IPTV, OTT, CDN, VoD, and DVR
Solid knowledge of networking and operating system environments, including Linux, Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), and public/private cloud infrastructures
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and risk management capabilities
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within customer-facing and mission-critical environments
Ability to work independently while coordinating dynamic project teams
Willingness to travel internationally as required (30-50%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Support & Deployment Engineers, and Product teams as part of a key account structure
Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience within media, broadcast, streaming, or video delivery industries
Spanish language skills are considered an asset

Salary & Benefits:
Compensation: CAD $120,000–$140,000 total compensation package, including base salary and potential incentives
Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote work
Time Off: 20 days PTO, 10 paid holidays annually + seniority program
Health: Medical, dental, vision, Life & AD&D
Monthly Allowance: Expense reimbursement of up to CAD $90/month for phone expenses and up to CAD $120/month for internet expenses
Equipment: Receive up to CAD $580 toward your own new device
