Mission:

In this internship, you will gain hands-on engineering experience by supporting Ateme’s lab operations, working directly with equipment, networks, and video delivery solutions alongside our engineering and technical support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lab Operations & Equipment:

• Support day-to-day lab operations, including equipment setup, installation, configuration, and testing.

• Assist with maintaining an organized and functional engineering lab environment.

• Participate in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for Ateme products.

• Support hardware handling and equipment-related operational needs.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Work with Linux and Windows environments as part of lab and engineering activities.

• Help investigate technical issues alongside experienced engineers.

• Provide day-to-day operational support to engineering and technical support teams.

POC, Demo & Engineering Support:

• Contribute to the configuration and preparation of Proof of Concept (POC) environments.

• Assist with setting up product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.

• Support testing and validation activities across Ateme solutions.

• Collaborate with engineers on technical projects and lab initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree program or recently graduated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Technical Foundation: Familiarity with Linux CLI, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and an interest in troubleshooting technical issues.

• Mindset: Proactive, curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.

• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Career Interest: Interested in building hands-on engineering experience and open to exploring a longer-term career opportunity with Ateme.

Program Details:

• Compensation: $15.16–$20.00/hour, depending on experience, education, and technical skills.

• Schedule: 30–40 hours per week.

• Duration & Career Opportunity: 12-week internship, with the potential to extend beyond the initial program and/or transition into a permanent position at Ateme based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

• Work Environment: Fully on-site at our Englewood office and engineering lab, where you’ll work hands-on with Ateme equipment and technologies and collaborate directly with our engineering and technical teams.

• Location: Englewood, Colorado.
